What It Measures

Your team’s readiness is assessed across five key dimensions:

  3. Belief in Success: Do leaders believe this can work, and that we can make it happen?
  4. Communication & Trust: Are we communicating clearly and credibly?
  5. Cultural Readiness: Do norms, incentives, and daily behaviors support the strategy?
  6. Motivation & Commitment: Are leaders prioritizing this work in real, observable ways to demonstrate urgency?

Each dimension is measured and analyzed, producing a visual profile of strengths and friction points that can be compared across leadership groups, departments, or time periods.

What You’ll Receive

Within two weeks of launch, you’ll receive a concise, visual report and debrief conversation that will allow you to turn insight into action.

An optional qualitative study can be added to the quantitative diagnostic survey. One-on-one interviews are conducted and thematically analyzed to add deeper insights. Qualitative interview guides are developed after the quantitative surveys and are informed by their findings. Deliverables include a comprehensive written report with narrative analysis and recommendations.
